In this role, you'll:

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to bring in high-quality candidates for our Retail Brands.
  • Drive the candidate experience – from application to offer – ensuring it's seamless, professional, and engaging.
  • Support proactive sourcing by connecting with passive talent through social media, networks, and outreach.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including screening, right-to-work checks, background checks, and interview scheduling.
  • Track recruitment metrics and help us deliver on SLAs and diversity goals.
  • Contribute to process improvements and exciting talent projects.

What we're looking for:

  • A team player with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working with both candidates and leaders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure.
  • Experience with recruitment, HR, or coordination roles is a plus – but enthusiasm and a learning mindset go a long way
