Your part in our UnitingCare team   

We are seeking applications for our Talent Acquisition Coordinator role, supporting our BlueCare recruitment team. In this role you will:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Advisors with administrative and recruitment tasks, operating within a high volume and fast paced environment

  • Administer pre-employment checks, compiling reporting as well as the coordination of other recruitment activities to support the delivery of proactive best-practice recruitment and selection

  • Utilise tracking tools such as excel and our HRIS platform to manage a high volume of candidates through pre-employment checks

  • Drive customer experience through the delivery of timely and efficient administration and recruitment activity coordination.

What makes a difference for us? 

  • Experience working as a Team Administrator ideally in a fast-paced Recruitment, HR or Onboarding environment

  • High level of organisation with strong computer skills, specifically in excel and other Microsoft programs

  • Strong customer service skills, ensuring our candidates are well supported throughout the recruitment and onboarding process

  • Ability to work well both autonomously, and in a team setting

  • Eager to learn and support with creating efficiencies through our recruitment and onboarding process
