**The Company**
A successful, innovative company based in the SE suburbs of Melbourne, specialising in the design and manufacture of various automotive products that improve driving safety and comfort.

**The Role**
Reporting to the General Manager you will provide sales support to a team of energetic Account Managers whilst assisting in the promotion of products and revenue etc. Lots of support and training will be provided in this entry-level role. Duties include but are not limited to:

- Assisting in the development of customer-specific products
- Maintaining communication with internal and external customers
- Assisting in the planning and project management of customer projects
- Developing positive relationships with clients
- Assisting with managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Acting as a support point of contact and handling customers individual needs
- Resolving conflicts and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Adhoc duties as required

**The person**
You have 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, are conscientious and have the willingness to achieve set tasks. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a high attention to detail are paramount along with the ability to establish effective relationships. Proficiency with MS Office i.e. Excel, PowerPoint etc a must along with the capability to learn new concepts and work in a busy environment.
