At dormakaba Australia, the Sales and Marketing Analyst will play a pivotal role in uncovering the story behind the numbers. You'll dive deep into sales data, uncovering performance trends, customer behaviours, and hidden revenue opportunities. By mapping the sales pipeline and analysing funnel dynamics, you'll help identify what’s working—and what’s holding us back—so we can sharpen our customer engagement and conversion strategies.
We're on the lookout for a sharp, analytical mind with a passion for problem-solving and a drive to make an impact. In this role, you will work closely with both our Sales and Marketing teams, providing valuable insights through sales trends analysis, pipeline forecasting, product performance evaluation, and competitive intelligence. You will also leverage Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, and other external data sources to support data driven decision making.
You'll also measure what matters—marketing KPI’s, lead scoring and performance, and campaign effectiveness—constantly feeding back insights that help our teams do better. Collaboration is key in this role. You’ll work alongside senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape smarter strategies and support data-driven decisions that push our business further.
**YOUR SKILLS**
- 5-7 years of experience in a sales and marketing analytics role (minimum 3 years considered)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, SAP/S8, and Power BI
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g. Power BI or similar)
- Advanced skills in query writing, data manipulation, and reporting
- Strong experience in sales trend analysis, pipeline analysis, product performance tracking, and competitive intelligence
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
