**Your day will involve**:

- **Leadership**: provide effective line management and mentoring to the team including establishing clear performance objectives
- Coordinate with vendors and internal support teams to resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
- Manage user access, permissions, and role-based controls across supported platforms.
- Drive root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implements preventative measures.
- **Vendor and stakeholder management** - ensure vendor performance aligns with contractual obligations and internal expectations.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and ensure system reliability.
- **Governance and compliance**

**What are we looking for?**
- Demonstrated experience in managing a Business/IT Applications Team with strong influencing skills
- Prior exposure to Oracle eBusiness Suite or similar ERPs (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain), SAP Concur, Salesforce CRM (Service, Sales, Revenue, Data, Voice Clouds), PageUp, Frontier Chris21.
- Experience in Public Cloud (AWS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
- Demonstrable experience of building trust with customers and seeking out firsthand customer experience information and using that knowledge to drive improvements
- Understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks (certification desirable).
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
