**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise electrical fit-out projects in commercial and school environments.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- Take charge of project scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation.
- Mentor and train apprentices to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Trade qualification in Electrical
- Proven experience in electrical fit-outs for commercial projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Valid NSW driver's license.
