The Role

We need an experienced Project Manager to own delivery of AI and Microsoft Business Applications projects ($50K - $1M) from kickoff to go-live. The majority of our current projects involve AI implementation, custom agents, and intelligent automation.

Your focus:
Deliver on-time, on-budget, with zero scope creep.

What you'll manage:

· AI implementations (Copilot for Microsoft 365, custom agents, intelligent automation)

· Power Platform + AI (Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Automate with AI)

· Dynamics 365 with AI integration (Business Central, Customer Engagement, F&O)

· AI-powered business process transformation projects

· Cross-functional teams (AI consultants, developers, business analysts)

· Client relationships during delivery

Project mix:
From rapid 2-month AI pilots to multi-year intelligent enterprise transformations.

Essential Requirements

· years IT Project Management with Microsoft ecosystem focus

· Experience delivering AI projects, intelligent automation, or Copilot implementations

· Proven track record with Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform projects

· Projects managed: $100K - $1M+

· Expert-level Agile (Scrum/Kanban) - this is critical for AI discovery and iteration

· Experience with Waterfall/hybrid methodologies

· Understanding of AI project lifecycles (discovery, pilot, scale, adoption)

· Strong commercial acumen (project margin, P&L ownership)

· Ability to prevent timeline drift through effective governance

· Mid-market client experience employees)

· Consistently deliver AI and business applications projects on-time with minimal scope creep

· Manage multiple concurrent projects with combined portfolio value of $1M+ annually

· Navigate AI project uncertainty (managing expectations around ROI, adoption, iterative discovery)

· Achieve 90%+ client satisfaction scores

· Maintain 85%+ project margins through effective delivery management

What We Offer

Package:

· Base: $130,000 - $150,000 (experience-based)

· Performance bonuses: 10% (delivery and client satisfaction focused)

· OTE: $143,000 - $165,000
