**YOUR ROLE**

Working from our Sydney HQ, Sydney Olympic Park, on Wann-gal land, your role purpose will be:

- Act as scrum master for the Application Development team
- Execute Agile/Scrum Development Life Cycle way of working, including story creation, analysis and design, software development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support
- Support the installation of the necessary environments within the Thales Australia IS/IT environment
- Provide technical support to the team to facilitate all development activities
- Evaluate potential solutions and make appropriate recommendations
- Act as the Application Team interface to the broader project team

**YOUR EXPERIENCE**

To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:

- Undergraduate Degree or relevant industry qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills and experience
