We are seeking an experienced person to effectively coordinate the provision of Facilities Management Services by the external Contracted Service Provider to the Casey Hospital.

**About the Engineering and Infrastructure Team**:
Monash Engineering Services provides a strategic asset management function across all Monash Health sites. Utilising a centralised planning strategy and a customer focused approach to provide proactive delivery of infrastructure and asset management, maintenance and repair functions. There are engineering teams based at all of our major sites.

**About the Role**

Casey Hospital is currently part of a Public Private Partnership (PPP), in this role you will act as the key liaison point between the contracted service provider and Monash Health. You will have direct connections to Monash Health key personnel and also have the opportunity to work with the Department of Health and other critical stakeholders. The role is diverse and will provide cross department exposure from Clinical, to engineering, to site and contract management.

The Contracts Coordinator reports to the Assets and Contracts Manager, Engineering & Infrastructure.

The key responsibilities of this role are:

- Ensure Contracted Service Provider is delivering their services to Casey Hospital in accordance with the contractual obligations.
- Being the key liaison point between Monash Health and the Contracted Service Provider for Capital and Infrastructure.
- Monitor the performance of Contracted Service Provider and escalate key issues as required to the relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate and contribute to regular/ad-hoc reviews across a range of contract deliverables including OH&S
- Coordinate the Minor Works projects and site modifications implementation, including communication and financial management.
- Resolve contract issues relating to contracted services.
- Sustainability initiatives & Energy management

**About You**

You have a technical background or experience in contract management and demonstrate a flexible, can-do attitude, and strong organisational, communication and time management skills. Your proactive approach and ability to ‘think on your feet’ when responding to changing demands will serve you well in this dynamic environment.

You’re an exceptional team player who builds trust readily and you are also highly IT proficient. Previous experience in a large, complex organisation is preferred, as is a healthcare background, but is not considered essential.
