Contracts & Travel Coordinator
who thrives on detail, service and connection.

This role is a pivotal part of our operation - keeping everything running smoothly for our incredible speakers, clients and consultants. You'll be managing contracts, booking travel, solving problems and keeping the show on the road (sometimes literally).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage contracts end-to-end, drafting, reviewing and finalising agreements for speakers and clients.
  • Coordinate all travel logistics for our speakers (flights, accommodation, transfers) with precision and care.
  • Be the friendly, professional link between speakers, clients and consultants - ensuring communication is seamless and proactive.
  • Keep everything moving behind the scenes - from invoicing and CRM updates to assisting with briefings and event details.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to deliver smooth, high-impact event experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Experience in
    travel, events, or entertainment coordination
    (agency, corporate or hospitality background ideal).
  • A proven eye for detail - accuracy matters and you take pride in getting it right.
  • Strong relationship skills - you're personable, clear and reliable under pressure.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and bonus points if you know
    Microsoft Dynamics CRM
