The Bureau has an established Procurement and Contracts function resourced with qualified procurement and contract management professionals supporting the Bureau’s $200m+ annual expenditure on goods & services.
The Procurement Coordinator exists to provide support to the Procurement and Contracts Lead and provide support to the broader Procurement and Contracts team. The Procurement Coordinator will be highly capable, dynamic and agile to adapt to evolving needs of the team, meet deadlines, sustain high quality outputs, and have a meticulous approach to documentation and standards.
The roles require a high level of organisation, administration, coordination and prioritisation skills including, management of correspondence, organisation of travel and meetings, assistance and the provision of secretariat services.
Reporting to the Procurement and Contracts Lead this role will suit a person with good interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach in assisting stakeholders with and contributing to the support of the Bureau to effectively service the Australian community.
