We offer end-to-end services across Strategic Consultants, Clinical Trials, Regulatory Affairs & Biometrics.
We are a fast-growing business with an opportunity for a Contracts & Proposal Coordinator to join our team, reporting into the CFO.
About the role
The focus of this role is to support in the preparation of bid proposals and contracts between the business and clients, suppliers and vendors. Owning the creation of proposals and contracts ensuring they keep to company standards and incorporate all appropriate and relevant detail as required. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Reviewing and analysing RFP documents to ensure adequate information for budget and proposal preparation is provided
Partnering with the projects team on the pricing and creation of proposals & contracts
Coordinating efforts and ensuring all timelines are met
Working with business development to create and finalise the presentation, quality and compliance of final proposal documents & contracts for the business
Developing and maintaining collateral / data repository for proposals and contracts
Coordinating contract budgets; providing development, data and communication support
Providing regular reporting to management
Reviewing and continuously improving our offering, providing process improvement initiatives
About You
Ideally you will have a related tertiary qualification and experience with RFI/RFP processes and procedures. Your knowledge of the MSOffice suite of products will be key and experience with NetSuite would be beneficial. You have a track record of working in the development and review of contracts and proposals. Having done this in a CRO or regulatory affairs industry would be favourable but not essential.
You are a self-starter, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, are a team player enjoying the engagement that working in a team brings, but able to work independently, directing your workload with the support of your manager. You have a high attention to detail, analytical, methodical and organised in approach with a strong problem-solving attitude.
