**About the Company**

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Admin Support Officer to join a NSW Organisation based in Blacktown on a 6 month contract.

**About the Role**
- Assist the road design team in managing its projects to deliver them on time and to budget
- Assist in preparing project finance - design budgets and project scope documents
- Assist in preparing Request for quotes and technical evaluation of design tenders
- Manage project administration including preparation of purchase orders, invoice payments and the project/milestone reporting.

**About You**
- Relevant qualifications in Project Administration and/or job-related experience
- Knowledge of applicable legislation/regulations
- Current class C driver’s license
- Previous experience working in or for local government
