**Our Client**

Our client is a property group that act on behalf of their clients (major financial and government institutions and Trustees) to facilitate property disposals and acquisitions across Australia

**Duties**

Working in a high-vibe office of ambitious and passionate young professionals, your role is essentially to manage Maintenance and Compliance on behalf of large corporate Trustee clients.
- Ensuring Smoke Alarms, RCDs, Pool Safety and Valuations are maintained within timeframe
- Ensure certificates are uploaded on each file for accurate governance and compliance
- Tending to maintenance requests from tenants on properties (ranging from weekly work to small renovations)
- Support in the identification of new opportunities
- Undertake special projects including providing input for a new ‘state of the art portal’ covering: design, functionality, features, dashboards, and reporting
- Client service, continuous innovation and onboarding new clients

**Specific requirements**

They are seeking an energetic individual with minimum 3 years’ experience in property and are happy to consider backgrounds ranging from repairs & maintenance, property coordination or property management. They will support and train staff, but we need to start with someone that truly wants it.
- Impeccable customer service with the ability to execute and finalise tasks
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Great multi tasking, organisation and time management skills
- Ability to use initiative and have strong attention to detail
- Describe yourself as ambitious and hungry, with a desire to progress to management in the future
