**The day to day**:

- General administration and support for other areas as directed
- Daily coordination of events, repairs & maintenance with contractors, owners, tenants, and agents
- Arrange quotations and engage directly teams on site
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
- Assisting with coordinator the move to flagship site, prestigious build with a lot of exposure
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience in facilities/maintenance coordination role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven ability to multitask
- A desire to want to learn and progress - with ongoing training
