The Opportunity
We’re seeking a proactive and highly organized Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Glendenning. This is a broad, hands-on role where you’ll oversee the smooth running of our workshop, ensuring vehicles are well maintained, services are scheduled, and the right people and resources are always in the right place. If you enjoy juggling admin, coordination, and problem-solving in a fast-paced operational environment, this role will give you plenty of variety and responsibility.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate the workshop and service flow, including staff movements, rostering, and leave/RDO scheduling.
- Manage maintenance and repair planning, ensuring fleet availability is optimised.
- Book external vehicle servicing and liaise with third-party contractors and suppliers.
- Oversee tyre replacement schedules and supplier follow-ups.
- Handle purchase orders, work order management, and payroll inputs.
- Liaise with operations teams daily on fleet availability and maintenance requirements.
About You
- Experience in maintenance coordination, fleet administration, or workshop support.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Confident communicator with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approach.
