**Foundry and Heavy Manufacturing Plant**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Fitter and Planning Coordinator - from a large Capital Equipment / Heavy Industrial industry would be perfect.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting production machinery and equipment - large industrial capital equipment
- Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime
- Coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities with production and other relevant departments
- Monitoring equipment performance and providing reports on maintenance activities
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
- Collaborating with other departments to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Relevant technical qualifications in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance
- Extensive experience in a maintenance role, with a strong understanding of foundry and heavy manufacturing equipment
- Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
