The Workplace Services Coordinator Canberra assists with the day-to-day operational management of the office environment, which includes services such as building security, mail & print services, and the overall operational management of our workplace whilst upholding regulatory compliance and processes.

You will develop relationships with external parties such as landlord, building management and contractors along with internal key stakeholders such as State Chair, IT Services, Protective Security Officers, and local PA/EA network is important to the success of the role.

**Your Opportunity**

As a Workplace Services Coordinator Canberra, you will assist the Workplace Services Manager Canberra with
- Coordinating, scheduling and tracking a planned preventative maintenance program ensuring smooth operation and upkeep of the workplace.
- Monthly financial budgeting and reporting
- Project manage small - medium workplace upgrades and office churns.
- Ensure all operational requests from employees are actioned and completed accurately and efficiently.
- Understand and support the Premises Recovery Plan when required and being part of the Emergency Warden and First Aid cohort.
- Work as part of a small local team and the larger national workplace team.

- Current baseline security clearance, or the ability to obtain a baseline clearance.

- Experience as part of a team working in soft FM services in a commercial office will ensure success.
- Strong organisational skills, including ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Experience in professional services or property environment will be highly advantageous.
