**The Role**
Reporting to the Director, the Engagement and Communications Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of change management activities that support the operations of the Apprenticeship Data Management System (ADMS). The Engagement and Communications Manager will be responsible for collaborating with teams to develop business cases, defining and delivering change strategies and tactics, and building effective working relationships with users and delivery partners.

**Skills and Capabilities**
We are seeking an individual with the following skills and capabilities:

- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with agile methodologies and working in scrum teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

**The Opportunity**
This position is available to Ongoing Department of Employment and Workplace Relations and/or APS employees as a temporary transfer at level and/or a temporary performance (Acting) opportunity for a period of 12 months.

**Qualifications and Education**
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education, Training or a related field (Desirable)
