This Digital Product Delivery Lead role will be working within our exciting Ventures space within Medibank, focusing on innovative Health and Wellbeing products and services. The role will be the primary coordinator and communicator across the Valencia Squad's product delivery. The role will provide oversight of all sprint activities from planning to go-live. You will be the single point of contact across the entire squad for any digital design & development requirements, approvals, and ensure a steady flow of productivity through the sprint cycle to ensure that the scope and timing of each sprint cycle are adhered to.

The Digital Delivery lead is required to have previous experience in a fast go to market environment and has the ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion and proactively seeks out opportunities to automate our delivery processes.

**The role**
- The Delivery lead is responsible for leading the delivery of all the ventures squads digital projects and products, particularly using Agile methods. They lead the delivery initiaives by defining the vision, maintaining focus and ensuring common priorities feed into the prioritisation of work and are evaluated appropriately.
- Oversight to ensure that all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/production).
- The Delivery lead will manage the collaborative short and long term planning processes for the ventures team from ideation, through to prioritisation against the capacity and capability of the team. This will include facilitating required sprint ceremonies and other beneficial meetings.
- The Delivery lead will strive to create exceptional productivity to enable improvements and opportunities and to reduce waste along all parts of the pipeline.
- Determine and author relevant reporting to profile the digital delivery
- Be visible to staff and stakeholders and to regularly undertake activities to engage and build trust with people involved in area of work. Taking a lead role to clarify strategies and plans, and communicating a clear sense of direction and purpose for self and team.
- Authority and responsibility of the digital delivery pipeline to align the product roadmap and business / customer priorities.

**The skills and Experience we're looking for**
- Min 5+ years’ experience managing digital teams as a Delivery Manager, or Senior Producer.
- Effective communication skills (both in conversation and in writing), especially focused on running work-sessions and articulating and defending product decisions.
- Ability to uncover and understand technology requirements and capabilities.
- Active engagement in Marketing, Product Development and Digital communities
- Creative and analytical problem solving skills.
- Can demonstrate curiosity and collaboration.
- Has delivered key projects autonomously.
- The ability to identify opportunities and action initiatives in a timely manner and actively understanding the surrounding environment
- The ability to deliver strong results and ensure information is effectively communicated to key stakeholders and actioned
- The ability to build and maintain horizontal and vertical networks
