**About the role**

As Digital Product Manager you will play a key role in the digital product team, helping to deliver new products and services to market.

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager - Digital, you are happy to roll up your sleeves to:

- Conceive, define and prioritise features for your product to drive innovation, solve customer pain points and maximise return on investment for the business.
- Take ownership of the roadmap features that need to be delivered
- Analyse Market and Customer insights to guide product development
- Be the point of contact for your stream across ahm, Medibank with external partners
- Define the customer/commercial needs to enable the delivery squads to build and deploy meaningful and value adding solutions
- Work well in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative team
- Contribute to continuously improving the group, working closely with developers, UX designers and business stakeholders

**Now, who are you?**

Enough about us, let’s talk about youyou are excited by digital product management and aren’t afraid to roll your sleeves up when the time comes. You’re a little bit obsessive about understanding our customers and getting to know what makes them tick.

Degree qualified in a relevant discipline, you have at least 3 years previous experience as a product manager or owner in complex environments. Having worked for big brands and supporting many thousands of users, you have been exposed to digital products, e-commerce and self-service sites / apps. You have experience in digital tests and learn practices. You are creative and an analytical problem solver who is actively engaged in product and UX communities. You know how to deliver strong results by ensuring information is effectively communicated to key stakeholders. Working in a self-directed manner is second nature to you.
