Digital Implementation Lead

**The Opportunity**

This is a newly created role that will lead digital implementation of preventative health programs in the Amplar Health prevention squad.

The key responsibilities include:

- Lead end-to-end implementation of digital or hybrid preventative health programs, including development, testing, integration, and data analysis.
- Define workflow and success criteria for digital implementation.
- Align implementation with existing processes & systems.
- Coordinate input of functional experts
- Work with stakeholders to design low-fidelity and prototype versions of digital programs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new digital implementation processes for the Amplar Health Prevention Squad/Hub Collaborate with a cross-functional team.

**About You**
- Ideally 5 + years proven experience in implementing digital health programs and products
- Expertise in digital infrastructure and platforms and an interest in keeping up to date with the latest advancements.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Excellent project management and prioritisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
