Let’s talk about the role
This is a leadership role within the Brand & Content, Insights and Delivery team, and with significant accountabilities and deliverables across the PAY business and the broader Latitude enterprise; with a key objective of evolving Latitude’s customer experiences to become Omnichannel, connected, personalised experiences scaled across the customer lifecycle.
This is a business-critical role with a dual purpose of enabling day-to-day excellence within customer comms delivery, and the creation of a strategic Omnichannel personalisation (MarTech) roadmap to enable personalisation at scale and driving business performance and maximising the customer experience.

- Vision and roadmap development
- Capability transformation leadership
- Stakeholder engagement across Pay & Money product teams, the broader marketing, merchant teams, the Latitude Executives, Data, Technology & Operations
- People leadership
- Budget and vendor management
- Risk, Controls, Policies and Procedures management
Let’s talk about you
- Extensive digital retail marketing experience is essential. B2C, or B2B2C
- Experience selecting, implementing and managing MarTech platforms covering data, content and channels
- Experience orchestrating and delivering bespoke customer messaging through, eDM’s, SMS, Apps / Push notifications and any other digital channels
- Ability to translate data and customer strategy into MarTech enablement
- A thought leader with a passion for accurately delivering innovative digital marketing solutions by using data, insights and experience. Ability to detect emerging trends and develop appropriate responses
- Able to develop and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners; comfortable working with cross-functional and virtual teams
- The capability and experience to get buy in from the most senior executive and the leadership and influencing skills to engage at every level of the implementation community
- Proven people leadership and coaching experience
- Strong communication and influencing - verbal, written, presentation - to lead complex and broad discussions with diplomacy, authority, conviction, commitment and impact. Builder of convincing business cases
- Able to prioritise and look for simplification opportunities / synergies given competing strategic interests
- Collaborative team member who is accountable and able to deliver at a high level
- Evidence of further education and self-improvement is highly regarded. Continuous learning approach
