**About the role
**As the Digital Delivery Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading collaboration between internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external IT delivery vendors. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the delivery of continuous improvement and issue resolution on digital touchpoints, with a focus on websites. By ensuring that digital products work correctly, meet, or exceed customer expectations, and provide value to the business, you will contribute to the success of our organisation.

**The responsibilities for this role include:
- Lead digital product delivery and continuous improvement using agile principles.
- Ensure user stories are complete, aligned with business requirements, and considered during delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to assess and manage the impact of digital product changes on systems.
- Maintain contact with third-party and internal development teams to deliver changes and escalate issues.
- Ensure comprehensive testing and adherence to change management practices.
- Measure performance based on deliverable quality and volume within the agile framework.
- Oversee investigation and resolution of digital product issues.
- Facilitate solutions with technical teams and ensure thorough testing and adherence to change management.
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure that digital products and delivery is fit for purpose and well prioritised.
- Continuously improve delivery, manage vendors, and educate on agile principles and best practices.

**About the Role**:
- Strong business analysis skills.
- Ability to quickly understand technical complexities and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with resources from various IT disciplines (e.g., developers, network, infrastructure).
- Proven experience in delivering software solutions and products from concept to delivery and operations.
- Experience in transitioning to support teams.
- Ability to identify risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- SAP Commerce Cloud experience (highly desirable)
- Solution design experience highly desirable but not essential.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
- Large eCommerce Retailer experience
- Customer-focused with the ability to work with individuals at all levels.
- Strong relationship-building skills to achieve objectives.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
- Education/Qualifications:

- 7 years’ experience in Information Technology / Digital required.
- 2 years of experience working in Agile projects and with outsourced development partners, including offshore resources.
