- We are seeking a highly-experienced RTO Manager with deep experience in training-related compliance for a globally-scaling business. This is an exciting time to join this organisation as it embarks upon a product digitisation and international growth journey.
- This critical leadership role requires someone strategic, senior (c. 10 years in the training industry with c. 6 years in leadership roles) and with strong communication and influencing skills. It is a great opportunity to take ownership of the compliance operations aspects of this business and drive change and business improvement outcomes.
- The role will be instrumental in ensuring the organisation meets all regulatory requirements and delivers high-quality training outcomes to their industrial clients. As the RTO Manager, you will work closely with key stakeholders internally and externally to implement changes and maintain compliance with industry standards.

- Specific responsibilities will include:
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to ensure compliance with all training-related outcomes for the business.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess and implement regulatory and legislative changes.
- Develop and manage internal processes and procedures to enhance compliance and maintain quality outcomes.
- Review and maintain relevant policies to meet compliance requirements.
- Create compliance monitoring plans based on legislative and regulatory standards.
- Ensure overall compliance of the RTO with relevant external bodies and accreditation requirements.
- Oversee internal and external audits and reviews to meet ASQA and other applicable standards.
- Manage Training Centre compliance, from setup to ongoing review.
- Provide education and support to trainers on RTO legislation, changes, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct training and professional development sessions for employees and contractors on RTO Standards.

**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a training organisation leadership role or regulatory environment related to training and compliance.
- Solid knowledge of RTO Standards, VET quality framework, and ASQA requirements.
- Previous experience managing RTO compliance is preferred.
- Familiarity with government funding processes for training.
- Proficiency in quality management systems.

Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Tertiary level qualification in Learning and Development, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Diploma in Quality Auditing (desirable).
