**OVERVIEW**

Our company is growing rapidly with lots of opportunities for people to grow and develop their career path. We currently have a full-time Building Manager position available for immediate start.

**Location: Rhodes NSW **- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm (excluding public holidays). approx. 100m from the train station.

Mobile phone and company computer included.

We are looking for a trustworthy and reliable person who can communicate effectively with residents, contractors and the strata committee. Must be well presented with great interpersonal skills. We are also looking for an approachable and friendly person to help build strong relationships while managing this building located in the heart of Rhodes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage strata scheme with approx. 60 residential lots.
- Undertake daily cleaning duties of all common areas as per the cleaning schedule.
- Waste management of all bins and bin facilities.
- Liaise daily with onsite residents and commercial tenants.
- Keep the strata committee well informed.
- Manage all building assets including the AFSS.
- Engage contractors for routine servicing and Adhoc repairs.
- Help enforce adherence to by-laws.
- Provide regular reporting and updates.
- Monitor and manage resident move-ins and move-outs.
- Complete routine onsite inspections of common property.
- Log tasks in the Building Management System.

**To be considered, we require you to possess the following as a minimum**:

- 2 years of relevant work experiences in a similar role.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good skills in conflict resolution and dispute management.
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Strong approach towards the completion of tasks.

- No weekends
