Building Manager

Helm Group are looking for an experienced building manager to manage two residential strata schemes in the inner west. The Building Management role is a full-time role Monday to Friday and expects the candidate to deliver high quality service to our clients. The responsibilities include:
Effective performance management of contractors, ensuring work is carried out to a high standard
Ensuring all building procedures, plant & equipment, security, safety and cleanliness are maintained
Liaising with Residents, Owners, Strata Committee members and Service providers
Creating and presenting monthly reports
Maintaining up to date documentation, databases and compliance
Attending scheduled Committee meetings and AGM's
You will have previous Building Management and/or trade background experience and demonstrate the following:
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Computer literate
Project management skills
Knowledge of Strata Schemes, Statutory Legislation and WHS
Well presented, professional and good customer service
Proactive and able to work autonomously or within a team
A positive attitude with flexibility to perform varied duties
