**The opportunity/role**:
Full time position, $100k to $120k + Super + Benefits, negotiable depending on your experience.

To succeed in this role, you will have experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction, excellent time management skills, a strong focus on ensuring safety on site is essential. You will enjoy supervising new home residential builds, and working with longstanding suppliers, loyal trades and great systems.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing and independently running the operations of multiple sites. A focus and commitment to delivering defect-free results are essential.

**Duties**:

- Effectively manage all site activities and run the site independently
- Deliver projects onsite with no defects
- Manage trades and subcontractors from appointment of contract
- Maintain and operate a clean, safe and well-established site
- Weekly progress reporting to the General Manager
- Ensure safety, program and QA delivery
- Ability to read, interpret drawings and specifications and set out
- Communicate effectively with attention to detail
- Build effective teams with high-level leadership and management skills
- Work to project program to meet deadlines and budget.

**Criteria**:

- You will have 2+ years as a Site Supervisor in Residential Construction
- QBCC Open Builders Supervisors Licence
- Stable Work History
- Computer proficiency (MS project)
- Strong planning (look-ahead) skills
- Strong subcontractor and trades management skills
- You will be highly motivated and ambitious with drive and passion in a leadership capacity
- Confident and looking to exceed in all facets of your work. Delivering on time and on budget.
- Exceptional Communication skills
- A "can do" positive attitude and confidence.
- Enthusiastic and keen for the opportunity
- Work Rights in Australia
- Full driver's licence
