**The Opportunity**

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Brand Manager with a strong drive to succeed, proactive attitude with the ability to deliver ambitious goals for one of Australia’s most Iconic and loved Coffee Brands - NESCAFÉ.

**A day in the life of...**
- You will manage a key portfolio within our coffee team, driving marketing and commercial activities, delivering market leadership in the retail market
- You will lead the development and implementation of ‘best in class’ communication plans, developed locally
- You will drive the Innovation & Renovation pipeline supported by strong insights and data analytics, from ideation through to commercialisation
- You will be pivotal in the activation of the customer and consumer brand activities and lead communication for product launches
- You will track and monitor the performance, range, health and strategic alignment of your portfolio
- Your role with be essential in managing relationships with local agencies, including packaging and creative agencies as well as key internal stakeholders such as Sales, Category, Insights and Supply chain

**What will make you successful**
- Communication experience working with creative and media agencies
- We are looking for someone who is dynamic, pragmatic, results focused with a collaborative mindset
- Experienced brand manager with proven experience in a similar role or industry
- Innovation leadership - solid experience in new product development including concept creation, new product development and commercialisation into market
- Communication experience working with creative and media agencies
- Tertiary qualified with demonstrable commercial and financial acumen
- Strong communication and relationship building skills needed to engage effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholder
