About the role

What we do

Our not for profit organisation offers a caring and supporting service to our clients providing transport which is integral to the mobility of an ageing population. Our primary goal is to increase our My Aged Care (CHSP) services and also develop suitable commercial services.

Key Requirements for the role
- Diploma or Degree in Transport Management or Certificate of Transport Management. Health Services Management desirable.
- Experience in Transport a priority. Health Sector will be considered favourably.
- The Transport Role involves managing drivers, buses, use of Routematch and trips programs.
- The Health Role involves understanding and providing advice to the General Manager on clients needs including CHSP, HCP and NDIS.
- Demonstrate effective team management skills
- Demonstrate data management & analysis skills and effective report writing to General Manager
- Benefit salary packaging up to $15,900 tax free
- Interviews to commence as soon as possible
- Monthly summary report of activity to General Manager (1-2 pages)
- Significant experience in rostering and scheduling
- Must have high capacity to appropriately interrelate with drivers and office staff
- Start date as soon as possible
- Training handover available
