We're on the lookout for a bold, energetic Service Manager to lead our Community Access supports across the Hunter and Central Coast divisions.
You'll be the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly—from fun outings and skill-building activities to day to day supports and personalised plans.
You'll help clients get out into the community, try new things, and smash their goals.What You'll Be DoingLeading a team of support workers and helping them shineRostering, managing budgets, service agreements, and making sure everything's on trackKeeping things safe, compliant, and always improvingWhat You BringYou've got a strong personality, a heart for people, and a brain that loves solving problems.
You know how to lead with empathy, keep things organised, and bring out the best in your team.Here's what we're looking forExperience managing teams in the disability sector (bonus points if you've handled remote supports)A whizz with all things computers, proven experience working across different platformsDeadlines?
