As Manager Integration Services, you'll lead the development and delivery of integration technology solutions, ensuring they align with our enterprise architecture strategy. You'll oversee the API strategy and roadmap for the Planning Portal, as well as manage testing services for API integration. Your tasks include planning and managing the integration platform, creating governance frameworks, and providing clear, non-technical advice to both business and technology teams.
You'll also be responsible for documenting business requirements to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, developing and reviewing specifications for integration solutions, and leading API lifecycle management. Additionally, you'll guide a team to deliver customer-focused services and work closely with Councils, other government agencies, businesses, vendors, and service providers.
You will demonstrate experience in team management, including staff mentoring, performance oversight, and financial management, you will bring extensive knowledge of project delivery and service management practices.
