**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- The Manager must have at least 2 years' NDIS experience in an equivalent
- Strong leadership
- Strong understanding of the NDIS, the varying roles of a NDIS support coordinator, LAC, provider and ow they work together.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining professional, client focused relationships with stakeholders
- Creative thinker with the ability to negotiate mutually beneficial partnership
- Ability to build NDIS participant and family capacity to understand and navigate the service system
- Proven experience in providing expert advice and consultation to NDIS participants and their families on the changing NDIS environment.
- Be able to sign up service agreements with participants and answer their questions
- Develop Rosters to suit participant needs and allocate skilled workers to that roster.
- Seek qualified workers and ensure they meet all the essential criteria and qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and report writing skills
- Acknowledge, appreciate and encourage differences, valuing people for their skills, competencies, and contribution to Disability Mobility & Servicess continuing success
- Abide by Disability Mobility & Services policy and guidelines
- Ensure all organisational and administrative reporting and accountabilities are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage and lead the office team
- Time management skills
- Work autonomously and in a tam environment
- Transparency within the team environment
- Be compassionate in helping the vulnerable
- Be open to feedback

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
