**Description**:
**About the Role**:
The Mobilisation Coordinator is responsible for managing all of the on-boarding activity for the business. As a key pillar in the experience of MPC Kinetics new starters, this position will also actively seek opportunities to create efficiencies and improve the employee experience within this process.

On a daily basis, this person will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

- Requesting medical bookings.
- Drafting employment contracts.
- Managing the new starter work flows via the HRIS/distributing new starter paperwork and required inductions.
- Communicating with new starters on a regular basis, to ensure compliance and availability within the required timeframes.
- Maintaining HR employee files and tracking sheets.
- Coordinating Immigration sponsorship and mobilisation.
- Reviewing current on-boarding processes, with a strong focus on utilising the HRIS for all on-boarding requirements.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:

- Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience, within a similar role.
- Oil & Gas Industry experience, highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including personnel and management.
- Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office/Outlook.
- A friendly and approachable team mentality.
- Certificate/Diploma in HR, desired but not essential.
