About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on mobilisation and contingency planning
  • Identifying and supporting accommodation solutions through Operations and Onsite Managers, and external partners
  • Coordinating logistics and onboarding activities, such as furniture and transport arrangements
  • Booking client requirements like pre-employment medicals and Q-fever vaccines
  • Organising meet and greets for new starters
  • Issuing gift vouchers, mobile phones, and SIM cards to new arrivals
  • Assisting with banking and travel arrangements for new employees
  • Compiling mandatory documents

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a drive for career advancement. Additional requirements include:

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in onsite management or mobilisation
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Office and computer literacy
