Reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, the Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator will be responsible for the professional and timely delivery of recruitment, mobilisation, administration and compliance of tradespersons, engineering & staff to the required project.
- You will be responsible for the following:
- Communicating with technical leads & clients to ensure quality of labor and safety needs are met
- Reference checking & background verifications
- Booking of preemployment medicals
- Co-ordinate and plan the delivery of training
- Manage all aspects of mobilisation and compliance, including client approvals, site access, training verification.
- Prepare all employment contract documents and ensure paperwork is completed accurately
- Manage the day-to-day administration responsibilities including file management & CV formatting and maintaining recruitment trackers
