The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Travel and Mobilisation Coordinator to join our Head Office team in Sippy Downs (Sunshine Coast), or at one of our offices in Brisbane or Townsville.
In this key role, you'll be responsible for coordinating the mobilisation and ongoing logistics for our project personnel across multiple sites, ensuring smooth travel, compliance, and onboarding processes. Working closely with our project, HR, and operations teams, you'll play a vital part in keeping our people moving safely, efficiently, and in line with client and regulatory requirements.
This is a full-time, office-based position reporting to the General Manager International Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings, including roster-driven and adhoc requirements.
- Manage travel booking changes and resolve travel issues promptly.
- Maintain and update staff rosters and support roster set-up administration.
- Process visa applications and ensure compliance with international travel requirements.
- Manage travel profiles and itineraries through the Savi system.
- Provide general office administration support as required.
About You:
- Previous experience in travel coordination and workforce logistics.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and rostering platforms (experience with Savi highly regarded).
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues proactively.
