As our company continues to experience growth, we are seeking to expand our team to accommodate our expanding operations. We are currently on the lookout for a driven Travel Coordinator to join our team at the Brisbane Head Office.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of our business operations across Australia, particularly in mobilising our workforce across different work sites.

**Your key deliverables include**:

- Organising flights and accommodation for employees to remote sites
- Liaising with the site leadership team regarding the logistics
- Problem-solve any flight and/or accommodation issues and come up with solutions
- Provide transport and mobilisation information to ensure everyone understands how and when to get to the camp/site
- Supporting other mobilisation requirements as needed, while working closely with the Talent and Admin teams
- Assist with any flight disruptions

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy Corporate Travel or Travel Coordinator role with strong attention to detail
- Understanding of domestic fares and fare rules
- Working experience with AMEX Global Business Travel and Serko would be seen as a definite advantage
- Excellent communication skills whilst maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A friendly and positive 'can do' attitude whilst working under pressure
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to change quickly
- Be able to work cohesively in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Well-developed administrative and time management skills
- High organisational skills to coordinate mobilisation requirements
- Capable to develop and maintain professional interpersonal skills with all personnel and stakeholders
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
