**About The Role**
Right now, we are looking for a Mobilisation Coordinator to join the team at FIP Group.

You will be responsible for:

- Work with internal and external stakeholders on mobilisation and contingency planning
- Identify and support the arrangement of permanent and temporary accommodation solutions by working with Operations and Onsite Managers, and when required, external stakeholders
- Support the planning of various logístical and onboarding activities, e.g. furniture, transport
- Book client requisites such as pre-employment medicals, Q-fever vaccines, etc.
- Coordinate meet and greets for new starters
- Issue and record gift vouchers, mobile phone, SIM cards, to new arrivals
- Assist with organising banking and travel to work
- Collate mandatory documents

**About You**
To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business at all levels. You will be career focused with the drive to take on further opportunities and challenges as they rise.

You will also have:

- Minimum 12 months experience of onsite management/mobilisation
- Willing to travel on an ad hoc basis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate to stakeholders at all levels
- MS Office skills and computer literacy
