**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of IT Business Enablement, the Salesforce Senior Functional Consultant is a pivotal senior-level IT role, serving as the vital link between development teams and business stakeholders.

With a focus on agile implementations, this role will play a critical role in Supporting Origin’s operational and project needs across all business units within the Salesforce Enablement team.

**Why this role matters?**
- Gather and analyse business requirements and break them down to user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow and reporting, etc.
- Continuously evaluate the optimal solution for the business and identify system deficiencies and processes.
- Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks when required.
- Establish and implement best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
- Write and maintain solution design documentation and procedures.
- Drive and increase user adoption and ensure user satisfaction, including developing, documenting, and delivering training.
- Manage special projects as assigned.

**What will you bring?**
- **Demonstrated experience** as a **Salesforce** Senior Business Analyst or **Functional consultant** on transformational programs.
- **5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience** with capability of configurations and solution designs
- Experience with agile delivery method and implementations.
- **Experience** with multiple cloud implementations such as Sales and Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Salesforce **CPQ** or **Vlocity** - Energy and Utility Cloud.
