Job Summary:The Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements; designing scalable Salesforce solutions; collaborating with stakeholders; and ensuring successful implementation that aligns with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and functional requirements for Salesforce initiatives.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend Salesforce-based improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and process flows for the technical team.
  • Partner with Salesforce administrators, developers, and QA teams to design and implement solutions.
  • Support Salesforce configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, requirement specifications, and user guides.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce functionalities.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, best practices, and new features to proactively recommend system enhancements.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Salesforce projects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Salesforce Business Analyst certification (preferred)
