Salesforce Business Analyst – Melbourne

Location: Melbourne, VIC

Type: Full-time

We're looking for a motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Melbourne team and play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Salesforce ecosystem.

This role sits within the Application Support and Continuous Improvement function, focusing on ensuring system stability, managing business change requests, and enabling seamless collaboration between users and technical teams.

Your Key Responsibilities


• Oversee day-to-day Salesforce operations, including user requests, issue triage, and system improvements.


• Analyse and document business requirements and convert them into clear solution specifications.


• Partner with Salesforce Developers and technical specialists to design and implement enhancements.


• Coordinate and execute functional testing to validate outcomes.


• Keep support documentation, user guides, and process notes up to date.


• Identify opportunities to optimise system use and align processes with Salesforce best practices.

About You


• 1–2 years' experience in technology delivery or support roles, preferably involving Salesforce.


• Strong background in business analysis, solution design, and functional testing within fast-moving environments.


• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Field Service, or Industries (Vlocity) modules.


• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple concurrent tasks.


• Prior experience in retail or consumer services is highly regarded.

• Salesforce Administrator – Required


• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant – Required


• Salesforce Field Service Consultant – Preferred
