**Skills and experience needed**:

- 5+ years of testing experience
- At least 2+ years as a Senior Test Analyst
- Experience with **Salesforce** testing projects is a must.
- Experience in the preparation of Test plans, test cases, test results and defect reports.
- Experience in the retail industry would be preferable.
- Experience in functional test phases such as System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing
- Experience working with external parties and vendors
- Knowledge of testing principles and methodologies
- knowledge of various test automation tools like Selenium/TOSCA etc. will be a plus (optional)
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)

**Job Details**:
Location - Melbourne

**Responsibilities**:

- Use software testing techniques to develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Coordinating work with offshore teams.
- Knowledge Management and maintenance of collaborative information stores.
- Sharing testing reports with the team leads.
- Managing defects and tasks using management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zephyr
- Working closely with project management and agile teams to produce / refine epics, stories, tasks, and iterations.
- Using automation tools like Selenium/TOSCA etc to enhance the current testing practices (optional)
