**The Role -**

This newly created position will support daily office operations, provide reception relief, and collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate events.

Your day to day will see you:

- Support office operations which include mail distribution, coordination of meeting rooms and maintaining kitchen areas.
- Help support events and the marketing team - from setting up the event to ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Organise catering support for in house meetings and events, including monthly meetings, fortnightly drinks, and training sessions.
- Conduct general administration ad-hoc duties where needed.
- Contribute to the team by sharing your ideas and be striving towards continuous improvement in operations.
