Is this role for you?
As our new Administration Officer, you will provide high quality, efficient and confidential support to the boarder team and you will be a key to our success. Your everyday tasks may vary, depending on team priorities, however you will be responsible for such things as:
- Coordinating and collating documentation for various forums, meetings, training, and events. This might include the workflow and records management of Board of Management Briefs through our Executive Director, agendas and minutes for our Health and Safety Committee, checking, processing, and tracking our employee part-time agreements, generating our training and compliance reports as well as creating and distributing training materials to participants.
- Providing administration support regarding our online Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate data management of our employee corporate training records. This also includes keeping our other records and tracking systems up to date as needed.
- Managing the ordering of goods and services including the processing and payment of invoices. This includes all record keeping as per Finance's requirements, and the generation of purchase orders with supporting documentation as per our Procurement framework.
If you are the successful applicant, you will be working with limited supervision but reporting to our Director for your priorities. You will contribute to our team's workplace culture, and you will be expected to actively support health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace, demonstrate the Queensland Public Service values while promoting diversity and inclusion for all. You will be contributing to the Public Trustee's Customers First agenda. There is no mandatory qualifications or certifications for this role however they would be highly regarded.
