My client is seeking an office coordinator to cover annual leave, commencing late August until early October

This role is to perform a range of administrative and secretarial duties to support wider team

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the company
- Manage incoming correspondence, answering and screening calls, taking messages as appropriate, sorting mail for priority and responding appropriately
- First point of contact by greeting, welcoming, directing visitors
- Support the day-to-day operational and administrative functions for their Brisbane office including managing supplies, approving invoices, managing room bookings
- Liaising with building management for maintenance and repairs for the office
- Drive continuous improvement in administrative processes and systems
- Coordinate and run virtual and in-person events and workshops
- Assisting the wider team with adhoc duties

**Desirable**
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Available to commit to the full assignment

**Salary**: $33.00 - $34.00 per hour
