We are looking for a Demand Analyst (Reporting) to join our McCain Family As part of the McCain Family you will be part of an amazing team doing great things

As the Demand Analyst (Reporting), you will be responsible for maintaining the balance between demand and supply within the supply-planning time fence for each Category. You will be responsible for leading the reporting functionality in the demand team.

**About the role**
- Coordinate communications on managing abnormal demand and supply shortages for all products across all customers with Account Managers, ISPs and Supply Chain Planners
- Conduct data cleansing and maintenance activities
- Develop processes and structure for automating data sourcing and reporting
- Create and maintain meaningful reports and dashboards
- Oversee Allocation Management in SAP and communicate to Sales/Demand
- Engage with Marketing and Sales to obtain Launch volume including pipefill as well ongoing forecast

**About you**
- Tertiary qualification/s in Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields
- Advanced analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail with confidence in decision-making
- Ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external, to drive and influence outcomes
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and working knowledge of SAP/APO & Power BI
- Ideally similar experience within FMCG
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities
