Demand Planning & Replenishment Manager
to join our amazing Planning Team
The
Demand Planning & Replenishment Manager
leads and implements the development of accurate demand forecasts, inventory strategies, and replenishment planning to optimise product availability, minimise stockholding costs, and support business growth. This leadership role will oversee a multidisciplinary team and work cross-functionally with supply chain, merchandising, logistics, and commercial teams to drive a best-in-class planning function.
This role requires a highly analytical, commercially minded leader who can convert data into insight, coach and develop high-performing teams, and influence key stakeholders to deliver aligned planning strategies.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Lead replenishment, allocation, and stock flow strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimise excess
- Drive demand forecasting across categories, leveraging data, trends, and promotions to improve accuracy and manage volatility
- Partner with logistics, merchandising, sales, and finance to align supply chain execution with business objectives
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to support data-driven decisions
- Lead planning initiatives and key projects, including new store openings and performance improvement programs
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team, driving a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced analytical, modelling and forecasting skills with proficiency in planning systems
- Strong leadership experience, ideally managing cross-functional or mixed-analyst teams
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect planning to business outcomes
- Proficiency in demand forecasting tools and ERP systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive process improvements and implement planning best practices
- Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain within a retail or FMCG environment
