About the Role
As a Reporting Analyst in our Commercial Operations Team, you’ll play a role in helping our teams deliver for our Commercial customers that want to start, run, or transition their business. This role supports the growth of reporting, data, and insights capabilities within Commercial Operations by assisting with analytics tasks and helping with the reporting needs across the team. You are responsible for producing accurate and timely reports, supporting data-driven decisions, and contributing to improved business and customer outcomes through reliable analysis.

What will your day look like?
**As a Reporting Analyst, you will**:
Help deliver clear, customer-focused reports and dashboards that support better use of data across the business
Work with reporting team to meet new reporting needs and improve existing ones
Use data analysis to support business improvements, better customer experiences, and stronger performance
Assist in building and improving data models and visualisations using our key reporting tools
Provide ad-hoc reports and insights to support teams
