**About the Role**

**This is a Fixed Term Position until 31st December 2025**
- Reporting to the Manager of Performance & Insights, you will be responsible for developing, producing, and maintaining business performance reports, while delivering valuable analytical insights to support the organisation's operational success. You will work with a broad range of data from various sources, presenting information to senior leaders and stakeholders through traditional reports, briefings, presentations, and online dashboards. **Position Outcomes / Accountabilities**
- The role involves developing and managing high-quality reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and dashboards, ensuring they are timely and accurate, and drawing from diverse data sources. You will provide business intelligence and reporting insights through data and business analysis to support broader strategic objectives. The position requires regular communication with both internal and external stakeholders, contributing to divisional processes and projects. Working collaboratively in a team environment is essential, alongside promoting a safe, inclusive, and flexible workplace.**_ Key Selection Criteria_**
- The Department of Transport and Planning is seeking a Reporting Analyst to develop and manage reports and data analysis that support strategic objectives. **Mandatory**
- Experience in a similar role.
- Driver’s License
- Ability and willingness to travel and work across locations within metropolitan and regional Victoria.

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or a related field.
